Description:
At the top of each Standard page, there is a brief personal interpretation for what it means to be a distinguished leader for that particular standard. The personal interpretation was derived from studying the performance elements and rating descriptors. They also come from observing and studying other leaders in the field.
Ratings:Each Standard page includes a graph that represents my personal ratings in each element within each standard at 4 different points throughout my coursework. Fellows created an Individual Learning Plan. As part of this plan, we had to rate ourselves in each element in each standard, provide artifacts to justify those ratings and then create a detailed plan for what were would do to improve each rating.

On each Standard page, the artifacts for each element are listed below the descriptor of the element.
Internship Activities, Coursework/Trainings, & Readings:
Any internship activity, coursework/training, and/or readings that assisted me in developing within the entire standard are listed at the bottom of each Standards page.
